City of Spokane paid parking is available on the ParkMobile app. You have the option of 2-hour on-street spaces (zone number 80901) directly in front or an all-day lot (zone number 201015) directly adjacent and to the west. On-street parking is free on Sundays. The adjacent lot offers early-bird special of $6 (plus fees) if purchased before 9:00am and expires at 5:30pm. You don’t have to be on site to purchase the early bird special, even though the app will warn that you’re not at that location.
