No smoking in the building (including e-cigarettes/vaping). Use of open flames (ex. candles) and/or pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited.

No champagne pops, spraying liquids, bubble machines, smoke machines, smoke bombs, cake smashes, confetti poppers, confetti, glitter or Silly String. No exceptions.

Please do not use Command Strips, 3m strips, tape, tacks, nails, or any other kind of adhesive on the walls. Gaffer tape is provided to hold backdrops in place on the floor and can also be used on backdrop stands.

No pets allowed.

Please be courteous to other residents in the building: no excessively loud music or noise.

Please use care when using and/or moving equipment, furniture and decorations/props on premises. This includes not standing on chairs, sofas and tables. You are liable for any damage caused during your rental time.

Age limit: there are a lot of breakable items and may not be suitable for young children.

Use of bathrooms (one ADA accessible) and conference/kitchen area are included in rental.

Outside catering is allowed and must have current permits and licenses to operate in the city of Spokane.

Alcohol is allowed for personal consumption. If for an event, you must obtain a Banquet Permit or Special Occasion License and provide proof of liability insurance.

Partial or full nudity must have model consent. Sexual harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

Security cameras are installed in the lobby and prop closet for safety and security. Security cameras record video only and no audio.

The studio has a designated dressing room. We also have bathrooms down the hall, for the model’s comfort.

Set up and clean up time MUST be factored into rental time. It is your responsibility to clean the space before you leave, throwing away all garbage, sweeping up debris and wiping spills. Please return equipment, furniture and decorations/props to their original locations. 

Please take all personal property with you when you leave. Owner is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left behind.

Please ensure door is closed and locked before leaving.

Guests may cancel their rental until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund. Guests may cancel their rental between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time are not refundable.

Guests arriving late for their scheduled time will not be refunded any unused portion of the booking fee.

Guests staying past their scheduled time will be charged $50, for each additional 15 minutes. Please note that someone may be scheduled right after your time.

No-shows will not be refunded.

After booking, you will receive a custom door code. The code only works during the time you purchased.

WiFi password will be emailed prior to rental and is also posted in the space. 

Please leave the studio and surrounding property in the same condition as when you arrived. Upon leaving, please take a photo of all spaces and email them to hara@dreamstudionw.com or text them to 208-964-2787. A minimum fee of $150 will be charged for unsatisfactory cleaning.
